Most items are sent in a cute gift envelope ready for gifting, unless you purchase the gift box option. I strive to be environmentally friendly. I try to reduce packing to one or two boxes/gift envelopes (depending on the quantity ordered). If you need your jewelry in separate boxes/gift envelopes, please write me and I will do so.

Standard shipping without upgrades:
USA / Canada: 5-20 Business days
Europe: 3-5 weeks

I’ll do my best to dispatch all my orders ASAP and meet these shipping estimates, but I cannot guarantee them as once the packages are shipped, it’s up to Canada Post and USPS to deliver them. Before and after Christmas there can be up to 3 weeks of delays (Nov 15th to Jan 15th).

Since international mail is affected by several circumstances, please understand that once the package is sent, transit times, custom delays and delivery times are totally beyond my control.

I carefully inspect all my pieces before they leave the studio. If ever an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to me immediately – within 24 hours of receiving.

I do not accept any package which integrity has been compromised or shows clear signs of having been opened and resealed. Note that the only authority allowed to open the package during the transit is local customs. All packages opened by local customs will be sealed with the corresponding stamp of the company.
